Terms of Services (Partners)

As a psychologist partnering with NeuraSense Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Partnership Agreement:

– The agreement will be established upon mutual acceptance and execution of the agreed-upon terms.

– The agreement may include the scope of the partnership, service obligations, compensation, intellectual property rights, termination conditions, and any other relevant provisions.

Professional Qualifications and Conduct:

– The Partner must possess valid and current professional qualifications, certifications, and licenses required to practice psychology.

– The Partner agrees to conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner, adhering to the highest standards of professional conduct, client confidentiality, and privacy regulations.

Services and Deliverables:

– The Partner agrees to provide psychological services as outlined in the partnership agreement.

– The Partner will deliver services in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner, maintaining appropriate boundaries with clients and adhering to relevant legal and ethical guidelines.

Compensation:

– The compensation structure and payment terms will be mutually agreed upon and specified in the partnership agreement.

– NeuraSense Technologies will remit payments to the Partner based on the agreed-upon schedule and payment method.

Intellectual Property:

– Any intellectual property created by the Partner in the course of the partnership will remain the property of the Partner, subject to any license or assignment specified in the partnership agreement.

Confidentiality:

– Both NeuraSense Technologies and the Partner agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the partnership, including client information, trade secrets, and proprietary information.

Termination:

– Either party may terminate the partnership agreement upon providing reasonable written notice to the other party.

– In the event of termination, both parties will fulfill their remaining obligations as outlined in the partnership agreement.

Limitation of Liability:

– NeuraSense Technologies and the Partner shall not be liable to each other or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the partnership or services provided.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

– These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from the partnership shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NeuraSense Technologies is registered.
